In GEM COMM, we seek to provide a harassment-free workplace that promotes the confidence to perform without the fear of harassment. The Company believes that every individual should be treated with dignity and respect. The Company will not tolerate any harassment by internal employees and/ third parties (clients/ Shareholders/ investors/ vendors) harassment. The Company will take immediate legal action upon becoming aware of such cases. This include Gender Discrimination remarks, which will be taken as offensive jokes/language and intimidation.
